Greenpower USA Electric Car Racing

What is Greenpower?

Greenpower is a STEM initiative that allows students the opportunity to participate in a hands-on approach to engineering and project management. Participants of the Greenpower program design, build, and race student-driven electric race cars. Not only will students benefit from hands-on learning and critical thinking, they will also be able to polish their presentation skills. Racing is the reward for the hard work of the students and while it is a huge part of the program, the overall race scores are calculated with half coming from the team's presentation!
