Synovus Park recently renovated to house the AA Braves
affiliate, the Columbus Clingstones. Previously known as
Golden Park, the stadium hosted the first ever Olympic
Women’s Fastpitch Softball competition during the 1996
Atlanta Summer Games. This historic venue has also
hosted several collegiate and high school championships
as well as being home to several minor league teams
throughout the years. Many Major League Baseball Hall
of Famers played at Synovus Park on their journey to the
big leagues over the years, and we look forward to seeing
many more in the future!
